First off, sorry that I'm horribly inactive, that I never reply to comments, that I haven't done the meet-and-greet shebang with new watchers (by the way, hi, my name is Snail and I'll be your colossal disappointment for the evening), that I'm not up to date with new work people are posting, and that I'm generally speaking a horrible person too busy to breathe at the moment and have consequently to some degree abandoned this account.

(This I'm saying here because if I start opening more than one window I'll become horrible distracted and angst myself into a stupour because my inbox is in such terrible shape aughhhgh.)


ANYWAY if you'd like to ignore all that, the real entirely selfish and ulterior intention I have with this journal is that I'm amazingly in the mood for ARTIN' and so I'm shamelessly requesting photos of people/actors/musicians/your sister for me to take reference from because I want to try stylising some real folks instead of trying to invent facial features as I have been doing the past 345345964562456 years.

why can't I just do this myself well the answer is simple if I start googling things I'll never stop ergo I'll never draw ergo more angst. also this way there's a slim chance you can punch me repeatedly until I show you my work, whereas otherwise I would just bury it in the garden.

and/or if you can't be bothered doing that then ask me art questions or something... because both these things will make me feel better as an artist because basically I have no art-friends irl and it's boring not being able to be a big, flaming geek about how much I fuckin' love colouring DRAWING

and so on.
